About our company Cannizaro Media Services was set in 2007 to meet the growing demand for, and interest in, Middle Eastern Film. Since the creation of the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) in 2004 and The Middle East International Film Festival (MEIFF) in Abu Dhabi in 2007, the region has become recognized as a source of creative output rather than just a market. Cannizaro’s role is to develop locally based projects (film and television) for distribution within and without the region. We are interested principally in projects that have commercial viability because they are based upon the reality of today rather than the fictions of past, present and future. Our experience covers four key areas of the project cycle:

return through worldwide release and through DVD and digital distribution. We make sure that projects are seen and heard in as trouble-free and straight-forward. We work with independent production companies and studios and will invest directly in projects we feel have exceptional market potential and projected investment yields. |
