In just 17 weeks you have designed and implemented a new planning methodology that has delivered a 25% reduction in our annual direct costs. This has involved the development of data to give an accurate picture of workloads together with the structure, systems, processes and tools needed to achieve significantly higher levels of productivity in carrying them out. We have been impressed by Cannizaro’s hands on approach and great attention to detail.
